This poor guy is in NJ, he needs a permanent home or foster home ASAP, he is not doing well in the shelter enviroment.

I was talking to someone tonight and she told me Mangos Time is almost up at the jefferson shelter. if no one is going to pull him the shelter is thinking about euthanasia to end his suffering. is there any one that can foster this guy? i can help with a transport for him.
