A year on the streets and still not feral

Why buy from a breeder when there are plenty of homeless pups in shelters???

What a lover!
She looks much happier out of the kennel, here's hoping she gets more and more confident.

So far so good. We took her out to dinner last nite and she hung out under the table at the sidewalk cafe'. She did fantastic, allowed people to pet her and of course took the bits of food people kept sneaking her too!!!

A few more pics......

She now smiles

those first fewpics are heartbreaking, you can see the sadness in her eyes. Kudos to you for getting her and helping her possibly find a new home.

The local paper is doing a story on Felida and it is supposed to run on Wednesday. The photographer fell in looooooove with her and she spent a few hours giving her treats and getting kisses.

We are hoping the story will generate some interest in her recovery and what a truely wonderful dog she is.

Oh, and the lucky girl is getting spayed on Monday. lol

Felida is now spayed and recovering. For those of you local, make sure to look in Wednesday's Columbian.

If there is an online link to the story, please post it. Can't wait to follow her progress. If I was dogless, I'd take her in a heartbeat. :inlove:
