Family Dogs New Life Shelter Oregon~ANY IDEAS?

I have heard so many things, like dogs are crated 20 hours per day, one had worms so bad they were in his mouth, they put two unaltered dogs together and made puppies, "lost their lease" which means that they were shut down under another name, wont let people see the dogs, are rude ect. Is there anyone that has an idea of what to do? THese dogs dont even get a chance at adoption because no one gets to see them. THis is what I have heard from several people, if you know any different, please feel free to let me know.

Where did you hear about the shelter and its reputation?

I am a do-er... I will go see it for myself.
