also- most petco/petsmart will DONATE damaged dry kibble bags if you ask . you might have to take all the damaged bags regardless of brand in order to get them, but its worth it. think of how much one bag of food costs, so what if the bag is damaged or ripped.

tree of hope- they have these at petco/petsmart but you have to have your rescue have events there i think, or you might be able to sign up

Grants- petco/petsmart will give grants of $1000

Have a gift wrapping session at bookstores- with a donation can up if the store allows. we got $1000 in two weeks of wrapping.

i have the rottie rescue that i belong to signed up for all the above. you can easily register and sign up for the fundraisers anywhere. then post flyers and put the websites on your webpages and emails and you would be suprised how many people donate. i had a guy who bought my hubbys 442 send in 4 phones.
