My 1st rescue............kinda graphic but i've seen worse!

Why buy from a breeder when there are plenty of homeless pups in shelters???

okay people it's been 6 1/2 weeks since I gt my 1st rescue, and I promised I would keep you all updated with his progress. He is now weighing in at a whopping 52 lbs, and he's a ham. His leash manners are now flawless! I have even allowed my 7 year old daughters to walk him(SUPERVISED) just to see that it's not me and my ego. I have kept his name as Hurricane because he responds so well to it. He is almost ready to be placed, and so if you happen to know of anyone who's looking, you know what to do. Here are a few pics of him interacting with my 2 resident dogs, just so you can see that he is not dog reactive.

Great job! I myself rescued an AmStaff which was a bit worse than your guy.

I know the pain and pride you have and are experiencing. At the end of the day, our dogs will love us forever... and we will love them.

Once again, great job.
