I.D: Urgent HSWT

Notes: Phoebe is in URGENT NEED of a home. She is spayed and up to date on her shots! The adoption fee is $0 for Phoebe! She is also on heart worm prevention. She is a large dog. The Humane Society needs your help to place this dog because the shelter that she is in right now is closing down! If Phoebe does not find a home, she will be out of luck.

How long do these dogs have??And has anyone contacted rescue groups in that area to see if they can help?Any way of transporting these animals somewhere else?

Also which shelter is closing.The Humane society or the kill shelter that they post the animals for.I am also wondering why it doesn't say anything on the webpage about it closing down.

Sorry I don't have any answers for you. I just crosspoted from PFs...I asked some of the same questions with no reply. I'm guessing the only way to fid out is to contact the "contact person" listed?

The shelter is not closing.It turns out one of the foster homes is closing so there no need to worry.
