This email has landed in my inbox tonight, and last week I got one crossposted about this same situation. If it is as described, it does sound quite urgent . . . I haven't the faintest idea where Frazier Park is in California, but if any of you West Coasters are near there, sounds like these pups are in trouble and some teenager is handing them out like candy.
