Four Month old puppy

Why buy from a breeder when there are plenty of homeless pups in shelters???

Four Month old puppy

Postby BrowniesMom » Sat Jul 12, 2008 7:11 am

Some of you may have heard I am fostering a former (banned) member's APBT, and he may need placement soon. But In the mean time, my Grandma took in a byb female poodle that's four months old. I know we are focused on bullies here, but I hope there might be some like minded folks who will help any breed on here :) So anyone in the SE Michigan vicinity, I will drive her. As a side note, we know who the person is who was breeding these poodles, total f-n sleazebag. The city shut him down, now he's complaining about how he could have gotten $600 a piece for the dogs ( there were 4 in the litter, 2 were placed in a shelter, he's keeping the other at a neighbors house) I will post pictures later today.

Have you contacted any rescues? They usually jump on the smaller dogs.

I have a failed foster poodle that also came from a crappy byb along with all her health problems and she's only a 1 1/2 old.

Good luck with her.

Thanks Julie, I'll try them. I think she even has a bad home docking job. Poor thing.

Darn it! Marley's would take her in a MINUTE. We are in NC though. They LOVE small dogs down here! As I have said in another post, I want a lap dog but my other half forbids it! We already have 5 put together and always a foster. ARGH
Sorry! Good Luck.....she is pretty.

Not yet. We thought we had a home lined up, but it fell through. So I will be getting back on the phone to find her a place.

Ok let me ask again.....

Brownies mom is fostering Snoop for Carrey correct? What I dont understand is that I was told that Carrey has repeatdly asked for her dog back and Brownies Mom is refusing to return the dog.

Anyone able to clarify?
