I might as well introduce myself
I have been here for a while posting but haven't introduced myself yet. I have no dog of my own, but I have a niece bully called Gotti (I have been here long enough to know that name may raise some hackles here, but please don't be alarmed), she is about 8 months old I guess, I love her to bits and pieces, I will get a picture of her up as soon as possible, she is the best ever. There is also Tango, and Shae who are older and two super laid back easy going adult bulls. I have not yet become an ambassador but I would consider myself an advocate, as I spend every opportunity trying to educate people on the true nature of the Bully breeds, after spending the past nine months or so educating myself and putting my media driven fears to rest. I have connected myself with a local information group, (hug-a-bull, vancouver bc) and also try to help the dogs I know become ambassadors. This is a phenomenal breed and I am very proud to be associated with them, I look forward to the day I have a home that allows pets so that I can join the ranks as a foster or adoptive mom. I have a seven year old son who has learned along with me, the lessons of open-mindedness, compassion, possibility (along with some thick skin). We have learned to investigate not just take the first word we hear on something, and we have been blessed with the chance to befriend, support and love the bully breeds.
