Rescued Puppies in Houston need homes.

Does anyone know of some good foster programs in Houston, TX? My friend just rescued two pups (pit bulls). I will get pictures and post them soon. My friend already has two of his own (pit bulls). He lives in a small home inside the city. He was hoping to find some foster parents or forever homes for them.
