Hey guys, girls, and pups!

Hi, my name's Jeff, I have a pit/border collie mix (Nehi) and a american bulldog (Cheyenne). Both dogs are on dogster. http://www.dogster.com/?108239 Nehi

I am an avid pit bull fan, but because of my permenant location at the time can't have a purebred apbt.

And my first question: I'm big on rescues (both of my dogs are rescues) and want to volunteer for a local rescue while I'm at college. I would love to transport adoptees and can travel fairly often, so if you guys know anyone let me know. But that's all for now, Jeff.

Nehi and Chey are beautiful! When you get permanently settled, please let me know. I've always got people contacting me with dogs they want to dump (especially pitties and mixes. :roll: ) and I don't even run a rescue, I'm just an animal lover!

Just so you know, Jeff, the Michigan Humane Society has a no pit bull (or pit bull cross) adoption policy. :crybaby:

If you're near Dearborn, however, the Friends for the Dearborn Animal Shelter could always use a helping hand and they've got pitties and pit mixes that need lots of loving all the time. :thumbsup:
