Foster Homes Needed in Southern California!

Why buy from a breeder when there are plenty of homeless pups in shelters???

Foster Homes Needed in Southern California!

Hey guys,
My name is Rachel and I'm an asst. trainer at the Escondido Humane Society. I'm currenlty working with two amazing dogs that are in desperate need of temporary foster homes.

Dublin is a 1.5 year old spayed red nose APBT/ Vizla mix. She is all legs and brains! She knows sit, down, stay, come, shake and belly rub commands. She also is learning how to use the agility course and is definitley a natural. She will jump over the hurdles with the over command with perfect ease, will go through the tunnel faster than lightning and we're working on her weaving techniques. She is already housebroken and is good with most dogs. She actually tends to prefer to hang out with the little dogs but I'm sure she would be ok with a bullie her own size as well. She is high energy and does pull when she initially gets to go outside but responds very well to leash cues and doesn't mind using a gentle leader. She also loves to play frisbee and is learning how to do tricks for her frisbee.

Zoro is a 4.5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and American Staffy mix. He's about 38lbs and a true flyball dog. He knows the sit, down, and drop commands. He LOVES to play ball and will do just about anything for it. He would be a great agility, flyball or weight pulling dog since he has tremendous ball drive. He loves people but does have a breathing problem and tends to give open mouth kisses with tons of drool. He likes other dogs as long as they're submissive since Zoro has to be the leading man. He's already neutered and walks very well on the leash.

If you are interested in fostering either of these amazing bullies please email me at Rachelg@escondidohumanesociety.org

Thanks so much!

I am shocked that someone hasn't snagged them up already!! From what you wrote they seem to be perfect. Plus they are very good looking dogs. I wish you all the best.
