Allie - my newest foster girly

Why buy from a breeder when there are plenty of homeless pups in shelters???

Allie - my newest foster girly

Postby lauren99 » Fri Jun 18, 2010 1:03 pm

I havent posted pics in forever so I thought I would post some of my current foster girly Allie. Allie has had a rough couple years, the SPCA took her in a cruelty seizure and then once adopted she was dumped back at the SPCA by her second owner. Needles to say not a great start to life BUT she is the sweetest dog and is settling in well. Allie is also the perfect size..41 pounds. These pics are from a month ago so Ill post some more soon :)

Allie at the SPCA prior to coming into our adoption program:)

No trace of a breeder for this girl? Her crop is so well done and she appears to have really good structure. Doesn't look like your typical byb

Thanks for the nice comments! I am pretty in love with the little girl and am thinking about keeping her but just not sure I want to add a second dog at the moment as it limits fostering.

Otis- nope no breeder info. When she came into one of the SPCA's (they are awesome BTW..they do their best to have the pit bulls adopted or transfered to rescue and they took great care of allie!) She didn't have a tattoo or microchip. Her crop job is pretty good but one ear is slightly longer than the other. It adds character lol. She def. Isn't overdone like a lot of blue dogs.

The best part is she loves to swim so I'm going to try her in dock diving!
