URGENT: Stray needs rescuing - Dallas, TX

This dog showed up on my Dad's front porch. He is in REALLY bad shape. We can afford some treatment, but it turns out that he is heartworm and hook worm positive. If ANYBODY has ANY resources in the Dallas area, please help me. This poor guy deserves to live. He is very sweet with people. but somewhat animal aggressive. He has the non-contaigious form of mange that has advanced so much he is hairless.
