So the email I got... shaaady.
After I mentioned to this lady how the dog was found, she changed her story and said that this woman didnt actually lose the dog, she used to own the dog, gave it up, now wants him back.

Needless to say, I got in contact with the woman who originally found this dog. She anonymously surrendered him to a Humane society in Barrie, and last she heard he was sent to somewhere in the Maritimes.

What are you going to do with the dog?. If she really did own the dog and put him in a shelter in the first place, does she really deserve to have him back?. She might just do it again.

There's nothing I can do - the dog was surrendered to the Humane Society in Barrie, and was sent out of province.
