Meet Kharma! She was an owner surrender to FOHA a few weeks ago because the daughter who owned her moved to California, and the parents didn't want her because they said they were old and couldn't keep up with a rambunctious APBT puppy! Kharma is 9 months old, spayed, good with all people, and currently gets along well with dogs. Kharma can also climb chain link fences. Please go to www.foha.org for more information.
