Monday is an absolutely gorgeous dog. She's the dog that I know the least currently. I only met her once, but she was acting pretty regal.

She is quite the looker too. She's one of the newer girls and I've only met her once as well. She's a little wiggle worm who didn't want to pose for a good photo last week. lol

(Oh, I saw a dog that looked exactly like Booker the other day btw.)

If anyone is following along . . . Blue, Kiana, and Peggy all found homes!

We just had an incredible burst of good applications in the last few weeks. :nana:

UPDATE: Dusty and Monday have been adopted! :nana:

I'd like everyone to meet the new SF dogs:

Sanjay

Image

Image

Image

"Sanjay is one cool dude. This blue pit boy has so much to offer. He has the mannerisms of a dog much older in age. While he still has his occasional puppy energy surges, he'd rather spend the majority of his time relaxing along side his favorite person(s). A real charmer, Sanjay is very people oriented and will be a breeze to train obedience. He already knows a couple basic commands, walks well on a leash, is housebroken and kennel trained. Sanjay adores other dogs, but rolls over on his back an cries like a baby when approached by cats. Sanjay has been well socialized by his foster family and will make an easy transition into any home. "

Marisa

Image

Image

"Marisa was part of a cruelty case in a rural parish. Despite her abuse, she loves meeting new people and is incredibly affectionate." (<--- eep. I need to see about getting her a better bio.)

Gladys

Image

Image

Image

"Gladys is a young blue brindle female. Gladys is playful and affectionate with people, and caught our eye when she began wiggling her rump and pressing against her kennel door while we were assessing Perry at the Louisiana SPCA's shelter. Gladys had been brought in as a stray and her "rescuer" had signed up for the call-back program, but never came to collect her after the five day holding period was up. She's a total snugglepuss, and has successfully completed her heartworm treatment."

Perry

Image

Image

"Perry is a gorgeous young male pit bull; he was included in the "All-Star" training program to promote pit bull adoptions at the Louisiana SPCA, but was transferred to The Sula Foundation when he didn't find a home. He is somewhat shy around strangers, but warms up to people and absolutely LOVES all other dogs. He is currently recovering from surgery on both knees to correct a birth defect, but he's back on his feet and ready to settle into a permanent home. "

And we still have Petey! Here's some new photos:

Thanks for looking!
