102 pounds of LOVE!!!

Please take Jelly Belly Jr. into your home (and give her a better name)!!!

She's about the same frame size as my Oscar, who weighs 50lb. She weighed 102+ on Friday, September 10th when she came into BARCS. She's obviously on a strict diet now, and likely has a thyroid condition as well, so she needs a wonderful, loving forever home to keep up her care and make her into the little pistol I know she can be! She seems dog-social (though she hasn't been tested fully, she displays very friendly behavior to others - play bows and such), could likely get along with the right cats (given the proper introductions and supervision), walks well on a leash, is very loving, affectionate, and full of pep even though it must ache to drag this body around everywhere!

oh jeez. that video and music sort of kills me. what a happy girl (and yes, i like the phrase about stuffing an extra veronica inside!) i knew a pit bull girl that looked like that back in the day, due to untreated thyroid issues. after meds and after her owners got on board she was able to get some relief for those joints and lose some lbs.

she is really urgent! Yesterday they told me she had to go ASAP but luckily someone was adopted and she has a temporary reprieve! Anyone interested in Fostering in B-More?
