Cute little moo-cow stray (Sacramento)

This little girl was running my street yesterday. I probably would have let her be, but the mail carrier told me they wouldn't deliver mail to the entire block unless she was off the street, so she spent the day in my bathroom. She is very sweet, is a good body weight, has house manners, and even seems to know what a leash is. Unfortunately, she is coming into heat and she is WAY too interested in cats, so I took her to animal control today. She went willingly into a crate, although she kicked up a fuss when she found out that meant she was getting left alone behind a closed door and then settled down for the night. She saw a couple kids in the reception area at animal control and was very well behaved, so other than cats, I think she would be a great foster/adoption prospect if she doesn't get claimed.

I shouldn't ask, but are there any updates on the little moo-cow? I just clicked on the link and it said she wasn't there any longer.

I called the shelter. Whoever I spoke to said the screen was "unclear," but she wasn't claimed & exhibited "a lot of animal aggression" so I assume she was euthanized. RIP, little moo cow.

RIP Yeah I was just gonna post that we train Pit Bulls at the shelter for the CGC and I never saw her in the adoptable area. Had no idea until today she was there (just saw the post). (Not that we could have pulled her --we are SO full right now).
