I agree her her into training for good citizen ,therapy training et al. There was stellar advise posted about getting to know the uniforms in your neighbourhood. I would also introduce your dog to a respected trainer and make all the vets and staff at the vets know how awesome your baby is. But personally I would not go offleash, too risky, anything happens and guess who will get blaimed. It is so horrible what is happening in Ontario. Its heart breaking , we don't have bsl in Calgary but any strays that even look pit picked up by the city are pts as soon as they are done a 10 day hold, they will not adopt them and that is bad enough.
