She wander into my yard today. I took her around the neighborhood but no one knew her. The Houston Humane Society and SPCA are not pitbull friendly. I know she will need to be scanned for a microchip. Houston area members I could use some help with places to take her that are pitbull friendly. Any help would be appreciated. No tags.
She sure is a cutie! Where I live, not all vet's offices do have scanners, you may have to call a couple of places. You could also call animal control and see if anyone has reported her missing.

Someone may be searching for her. Dogs can wander far and wide, so the owner may not know to knock or post in your neighborhood. Call or visit animal care and control and report a "found dog" ... They will match your description to reported lost dogs, and will make a record of the found dog in case an owner does come forward at some point.
