We didnt name boss. But that is his name, and since we got him I have met several other dogs named Boss.

Our adopted min pin Tinkerbell has a very overused name... Our Bostons are Alan, and CC(Chocolate Chip) but we call her CC or Cecile just depending on the mood.

Fostered a chocolate lab named coco.

My mom knew someone with a white cat named snowball; then they neutered him and re-christened him "no-balls."

lol It's not even a little uncommon, but it's still not in the most often repeated that I've seen. I particularly like it for blue dogs. ;)

Im really not a big fan when people name animals human names like mike, bob, Diane ect I just think it sounds odd. Also had a dog come into work the other day named Cupcake, oh and then there is this crazy couple who named there dog furbush. roflmao

A long-time volunteer found a stray and brought it in last night. When she handed the dog over, she very strongly announced that we were not allowed to give the dog a stupid name, we had to give it a nice, good name that fit him well. I told her I'd let her name it (and save me the grief if she disapproved). So this little bichon thing was named Buster.
