The toy is believe it or not, from Hartz!
We got ours at Harris Teeter and aside from the stuffed part having a small rip, it has actually held up pretty well.

Zoey is doing okey so far.I think she feels better without the big bandage on and next Wednesday the stitches should come off. She wants to thank "aunt Jenna" for her froggy cheerleader toy that she received today.

I love seeing her with her toys. She genuinely loves them! Does she destroy them? She seems to keep them around for a while. Maybe she is savoring them.

She is much more gentle than my own dogs, who are savages when it comes to toys. She still have the piggie that Mtlu got her when she came to spend the weekend with us in August.She seems to remember which ones are newer too.She has several in the x pen but she picks up the newest one in the morning, and parade in the pen with it.That is her greeting every morning, toy in the mouth and "rooororoororoooo".

She is such a silly, gentle soul. She deserves a good life. You've done so much for her. I appreciate all of it, and I'm sure she does too.

What happened with the person who showed interest in her right around the time she hurt herself?

I invited her here, since she is new to the breed.She was made aware of what happened to Zoey and potential extra care in the future and I don't know if this is something she can take on.
