PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOOGY IN ADVANCE IF THIS OFFENDS ANYONE!! JUST LOOKING FOR SOME HELP!

This is my 8 year old girl Nikita. Her "lady stuff" has become red and swollen and spots of rawness (no hair, bright red). It doesn't seem to bother her and she does not mess with it most of the time, only very rarely as much as a regular dog would. When I touch around it she seems fine. The closer I get to it and the raw spots, she winces/growls. She is spayed and is not showing any other signs of distress or illness. She does have a history of allergies.

I would guess some type of infection that may need some sort of antibiotics/antifungals oral meds and/or wipes or spray. It's best to have a veterinarian diagnose the particular type of infection and get her started on medications.

Buddy often gets a yeast over growth in the skin folds near her vulva which is itchy so he licks herself which causes her to get a UTI.

Save yourself the aggravation and book a vet appointment.

That looks like an infection to me, Chino gets them in that area about once a year and it always takes a vet visit to get them to go away.
Until it's time for her appointment you can wipe the area down very Gently with a warm wash cloth and no soap when it seems to be bothering her.
