Ok so Phi is over 12 months now (she is actually 15 months) and has finally started to put on some bulk rather than looking like a bloody Whippet X.

I want to start turning the bulk into muscle.
I was hoping for some advice on what exercise/activities are best to help build muscle and how much to start off with each day.
At the moment we are just walking every day, but I will probably turn that into running together and some free running for her off leash.
Being as it is summer over here swimming will pick up too.
So what do you guys do to help tone your dogs and build muscle?
Do you change their diet at all?
