Go Boooootie! I am so glad she's having good results with the chemotherapy and most importantly is feeling spirited. Er, spunky. Er, feeling her oats. Er, "standard for Bootie."
She had been doing so well with the chemo but she had her 4th birthday on Tuesday and started going downhill on that day. By this afternoon she was falling down in the yard and peeing straight blood. I made the decision to let her die with dignity and no pain. We had a great life together. I have absolutely no regrets.
I'll miss you Bootylicious. Wait for me at the bridge.
I'm so very sorry to hear about Booty. I checked her facebook daily to see her beautiful face. She knew how much you loved her everyday and appreciated every second.
