Roc in hospital

Thanks everyone! Yes Roc has continued to improve at home and is back to his normal dorky, old man self. Thank dog! He just finished his last antibiotic pill this morning and I am going to set him up for re-check chest x-rays next week after the holiday to see how his lungs are looking. I want to make sure the aspiration pneumonia is completely gone before I take him on any regular walks and also want to get a definitive diagnosis on the megaesophagus. I have completely changed the way I feed him, so he will have to be fed differently for the rest of his life especially if he does have megaE to prevent future reoccurence of aspiration pneumonia. I am just so happy my little man is still with me.
