The cats get modified prey model. I give them much less bone than normal, because I have two cats with issues that are exacerbated by the dryness of the bone, and I decided the potential of long-term issues caused by not enough bone were less painful/complicated than the potential for immediate issues caused by too much for them. Two of my cats cannot have kibble again, and with the number of animals I have, canned food would cost more than I have, so raw is the best balence of my in-house medical needs and my financial ability.
The dogs get prey model with occasional supplementation of grain-free high quality kibble when money and/or time are short. Kibble is often cheaper than raw, though not always, and Liberty is not an easy feeder - she's about ten pounds smaller than Oscar and eats more than he does without gaining weight (I swear that's some mental superpower she's developed on her own - she's like a bottomless pit of hunger) so supplementing her with kibble helps her keep weight on a little better.
