Greetings from New York State

My name is Frank. I live in the Lower Hudson River Valley of NY state. I have had dogs all my life but never a Pit Bull. That all changed 2 months ago when we rescued a Pit from the shelter my daughter works at. Her name is Broxci, she's a brindle about 1.5 to 2 years old. A hardy girl at 70 pounds. She's a big sweetie and gets along great with my 2 Pugs (5 and 13 years old) and loves kissing people. When I'm not walking a dog I'm either; metal detecting, hiking, birding, or trying to squeeze in a nap. I joined the forum to educate myself about this wonderful breed.
