I placed an order on petflow.com for Blu's new food. Well, it's downpouring here in New Jersey today, and I just got home to a cardboard box literally falling apart with water and the bag of food inside. The kibble and inside of the bag seems dry (outside of the bag is soaked).
Would you feed the kibble or call petflow and complain?

I'm sure they will replace it. Mine comes in plastic now but I always wondered what would happen if it was still paper.
