I visited the Nebraska HUmane Society to ask about the volunteering and the adoption process. While there, I of course had to go see all the animals. I met this little beauty there, names Latte. She was an owner surrender (they had a new baby and little time for the dog), but super sweet and very calm. I was even able to get some one-on-one time with her. I crouched down to be on her level and she placed bother her paws on my shoulders and began covering my chin in doggy-kisses!!
I really hope she gets adopted soon, because she will make for a wonderful companion!!

This was also my first time visiting NHS and I was super impressed with the facility. I even got me a shirt!
