yes, we got her registered just before the deadline.
The ranger is trying everything in their power to have dixxy
put down.
But we have a $1500 dog cage, theres nothing they can do.
God help us if she gets out once.

Seems like a risk I wouldn't be willing to gamble on, seeing as it's her life that's at stake.

Welcome! But yeah, I agree. Bella's gotten out of our yard twice. Thankfully, this is a fairly pit friendly area. Forgive me for not knowing, when were pits banned in Australia? Makes me sick that they'd just want to put her down for nothing...

When she was a pup she survived Parvo Virus.
Pitt's were banned late last year.
We have had the ranger around to access her living conditions.
With extra high fences & the biggest concrete kennel/run.
Taking her for a walk, drive in the car, vet everywhere she must always have a muzzle on.
Even though at home she sleeps with the cats and follows the B-dragon around. LOL

Welcome! BSL sucks! I'm glad to hear you are following the rules and doing what you need to meet their requirements. Most would have probably dumped the dog or ignored the laws resulting in costing the dog its life. Thank you for being responsible!

I just love this picture.

I know what you mean i know of a person who also had to build a kennel that meets the council's standards.
When said person found out that the cost that was involved, They handed the dog over and was PTS.
But our dixxy girl is apart of the family and we will do everything in our power to make sure she gets the best.

The looks we get walking her down the street, you would think we were walking a lion.
But i guess the muzzle and her harness doesnt do her any justice.

We take her to a out of town beach were herself and our other dog, Zarah can run whild and have fun.

I don't think think admins have been thru this section today. I'll PM them, as I see a few others waiting as well.
