3 Months post knee surgery

My boy had a couple slip ups. It's so hard to keep him from doing anything active as I'm sure many of you know with your pitties. He's 3 months post op and ran down the stairs. He squeeled and limped for about an hour but then he started walking normal again. How do you know if your pup has reinjured the knee. Thanks

I think the vet would have to check it out. I don't know what surgery he had done but my girl had a tplo and the surgeon said they are pretty durable, takes a lot for a dog to actually wreck them although it does happen. Hopefully just pulled or strained something, you can probably call and ask, her doctor was pretty open to us contacting him about any concern or question.
