Need some help

Roxy and Kane ended up attacking my moms dog. In trying to break up the fight my step dad got bit and ended up needing stitches.

Animal Control came and took Roxy and Kane, and will be quarantine for 10 days.

I don't want to put them down but I can't have them here any longer. My work requires me to travel M-F and I forced my parents to watch over them with the fear that this would happen.

I will probably fly out again Monday but I can try to get the week off to be here after the 10 day period.

I tried calling the no kill shelter but they are full at the moment. If anyone can help me out with other resources, I live in the Las Vegas, NV, area.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with your dogs-but I assume they're both PBs? I just want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly-they displayed a very well known trait of the breed and now you want to get rid of them?

No they are mixed. I've had them for 4-5 years now. This is not the first time they fought, every time it has happened it wasn't on my watch.

I want to find them a home where they can get the attention they need. I try when I am home on the weekend.

Animal control called me and said I could come pick them up if I wanted. Of course I want them!

Until you can figure out a better solution, employ crate and rotate.
