Help with way to happy tail?

Ill try lightly bandaging it again, I really hope it never comes down to amputation her tail is so cute and exspressive.

How is your pup doing? I opted to dock my Jack's tail when every type of bandage did not work, and I tried hard, and he was at risk of infection despite continuous vet care and in pain. The decision was made for his well being, and what is left of his tail still "talk". The nub's position in these pictures is saying something

Sorry I havent resoponded sooner! Roxy's tail is all healed, being in a cone after her spay made her depressed and unable to reach it and though I hate to see her unhappy it gave her time to heal. I think previous crap diet had something to do with her hair being thin wich left her tail exsposed and easier to split. Since we got her home, healed and on good food shes been doing much better and is no longer bald and bleeding!

Just goes to show how stupid people feeding allergy dogs pedicrap can effect so many things.
