Has anybody ever seen a growth like this?

My 7 year old female has a growth on her vulva. It does not seem to bother her, she does not lick it. She has had it for a long time, it was so small I thought it was just part of her vulva. The vet has seen it and said "I wouldn't worry about it, if it gets larger, bring her back in" Well, I recently noticed that is has gotten larger.

Any growths of the skin that are actively growing have the potential to be cancerous. I would get your pup back to the vet to have it looked at. If its growing and they aren't worried, get a second opinion.

It might be as simple as a skin tag, but I would still have it removed.

My old Lady Bug has those on her hooha too. They've stayed the same size for the 2 yrs I've had her. 3 vets said not to worry, as they aren't changing size or color. I'd ask your vet about it if its changed in size.
