Any rescues in MI have room for puppies?

Saw an ad very local for someone that has 9 four month old pit pups. The puppies look very skinny! I'd be willing to pick them up and help transport, I have already contacted the woman about an area shelter that offers a "Pit stop" program that will spay and neuter pits and pit mixes free of charge to have her get her dogs fixed. Some of the pups look ok, but a few of them have quite a bit of ribs showing. I'm also going to contact the vet doing the program and see if they would be willing to spay/neuter all the pups.
