Mitacide just means something that kills mites. So any mange treatment would be a mitacide.

I called the vet to ask for the name thats what the lady on the phone said. It worked fast and it done the trick.

ivermectin been about a month said it was demodex its not real bad jus some spots on her chest but legs and back
there not real red but no hair has grown back and it looks to be gettin bigger

It is normal for demodex to take 2-3 MONTHS to resolve... Ivermectin is by far the best treatment. See if your vet offers payment plans like care credit, but you haven't given this treatment nearly enough time to work.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see this was an old post... even so, this is a tough disease to treat.
