Weird bump

I noticed a weird circle on my pits nose it's a bump and it's a circle about the size of a dime any ideas?

That's what I first assumed but he's acting normal happy as can be energetic as can be

hystiocytoma perhaps.. my pit has 2, 1 on his head and 1 on his left hind leg

they are somewhat common on dogs under 2 yrs old. the vet said

Ringworm wouldn't be making him act any different. Have it checked out by your vet. If it is ringworm, they may postpone his surgery.

Update found out today it was a cyst got it removed just a couple stitches
