Oh wow...I've never heard of it, seen it or experienced. I just wanted to send my love to your poor pup, so glad to hear she's doing better.
There are some dogs that (in the US at least) are labeled as bait dogs that have the same sort of scars on their noses as your girl now has (along with other scars too) and I'm wondering now if perhaps at least some of them had this condition vs being an actual bait dog.

I seem to recall someone on here had a dog with a similar issue awhile back but not sure who. That looks painful, good thing you were able to find out what the issue was and get her some relief.

I've heard of it but never seen a case. Glad to see biopsies produced a diagnosis and your pup is getting better!
