A little trouble

I'm having a bit of trouble, you see I am not too bright with everything on computers. I would like to post a pic under my name of my girls and they have to be under 98kb? But, mine are all a lot larger...can anyone help me to make the pic smaller?

go to "paint" in your computer. open the picture, and use the stretch/screw tool.

I think you mean the stretch/skew tool.

...Unless your version of msPaint is some special custom version.

Thanks a ton! I fiddled around with one pic of Dais and I'll probably add another of both of them, after I get used to fiddling with that sketch/skew tool! :)
