I was thinking of calling a bufflao farmer myself, today,!
Buffalo is very good for people too, no bad cholestrol in it. But it sure is expensive around here!! Got a steak from ths farmer a couple years ago, it was almost $30.00 for a little over one pound!!
That was my first and last time to try buffalo, but it was good!

Now I know that ther is a Super Wal Mat in Pa, jsut ahve to drive a bit to get there, (I'm in Md.), but if I could stock up and it would be worth it.
yes I do have a extra freezer too! I usually have it stuffed with Bryers Vanilla, like to get if when it is buy one get one free!!
