The Vitamine C sounds like a good idea. I'll give that a try after I talk to my vet.

I can't beleive you had a pup survive parvo! How old was she? I lost a dog from parvo about 5 years ago.

She was 12 weeks when she tested positive for it (The vet said it was a STRONG positive too). She didn't eat for almost a week. She wound up only staying in the hospital overnite (the vet told me to watch her and take her to animal emergency if she vomiting and pooping really bad).
I just kept her pumped full of pedialtye and parvaid. She recovered in almost a week. I was off work for the summer, so I was able to be with her 24/7 and moniter her. RIGHT after that, she got diagnosed with the ghiardia and then mange. She was a determined little girl (and now she's a determined BIG girl ). Through all of those ailments her spirit and fiestiness wasn't dampened in the least...gotta love them bulldogs .[/code]
