There is a girl on another board who is trying to rehome her 7 month old female. I would really like to find a low-cost spay for her as she agreed to have her spayed before she relinguished her to her new home.
Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I didn't notice anything for GA so I'm going to throw in my 2 cents...

We had Felony's spay done through SpayGeorgia and it was only 52 dollars. You send them the money and they mail you a certificate and a list of participating vets who will honor it. Our vet had no problem taking the certificate so not only was it pretty cheap, but we didn't have to drive very far.

The SpayGeorgia phone number is 770-662-4479

Please help my Wife and I...

Postby SchultzLD » Wed Aug 02, 2006 12:54 am

We really need to get Kara Spayed, but it is so expensive around here. The cheapest thing I have found so far is $220 through the Criter Rescue Center. The links do not servis our area. And $200 bucks is alot on our small budget. Please, if thier is anyone out thier that can help. Please let us know. We could afford the money, but it is a hugh chuck, and would take at least 2 months to even budget with out missing bills. But that cuts into our food and fuel. I'm not poor, it's just that in the ast we made bad dissions with credit, and were in debt up to our eye balls! The Marine Corps just don't pay enough. :) Kara's heat last a long time, and frequent. Plus, after every heat, she has a "false" pregnacy. Im scared of two things, one, she's gonna get sick, or two she'll get pregnett. Don't get me wrong, she's a great dog, but her temperment can not be bread. And I can not afford a litter of pups either!

Anyways, your help is very welcomed. Thank you.

Anyone know of any places in Calgary that are affiliated with such a program?
