OMG, I want him! It's really too bad I don't need another dog let alone a male because I'd snatch him up in a heartbeat. What a beautiful boy! I'm a little biased I guess as he reminds me of a dog I used to have. :crybaby:

34 pounds now, but I bet that boy will be near 45-50 pounds when he is at a healthy weight

I doubt they would adopt to me. I'm a renter and I have multiple dogs but I'm in LOVE with this dog. I hope someone else comes along who feels the same way.

We do not need another dog... but if he weren't so dang far away I would buckle! I seriously would! Is there anyone in that area that could take on another 'un?

If someone would be willing to donate the $$$ to help me finish fencing in my yard, I would think about it!

We just moved about 2 months ago, and are still sorting everything out.... That poor, sweet lil' guy, though! My husband would kill me if I got another dog and didn't adopt from Liesl's Luv-A-Bulls here in our town! ... Oh... but... MAN...

Something we have done on the biker forums I visit is to post or e-mail where we live and if we are willing to help a biker and/or bike get home, when there's an accident or a breakdown. We didn't give our actual addresses online though, for safety reasons. I wasn't involved, because my location didn't work out, but some did help a lady get back to Canada last summer after she had a wreck on her bike. Kind of like a "tag team" lol

. I would consider helping to transport a pup or dog partway to a new home...don't know how the rescue places would deal with it, though....

Annies board has a transport section where people sign up for legs of a trip. They are usually broken up into hour long stints so that no one has to worry about missing work or whatnot. She does a ton of animal transport.
