nice family in BC looking for right match

A family with two young children (age 3 and 2 months), and a cat are looking to adopt a lower key, well-behaved, kid loving pittie. This family applied for my foster dog, were really nice, great homecheck, but just not the best match for my foster boy. They own their own condo, with a smaller fenced yard, in the lower mainland.

They are looking for a kid and cat friendly smaller (about 55 lbs. and under) pittie or mix, that likes cats, kids, and is well-behaved around dogs (and just generally well mannered). House-trained, with good house manners, and medium to low energy. One that would be happy with couch loving, a long daily on-leash walk, and play time with the fmaily in the backyard.
