Quit switching unless there is a problem with the current food. Fast food changes often cause digestive upset and should be avoided, especially in young puppies.

I would stick to TOTW since your puppy likes it and it's a really good food. I just picked up a bag yesterday from a local store that carries all the top brands of food and the woman working there said TOTW is the one that sells out the fastest. People have been buying it like crazy lately...apparently.

If it were me, I would stick with TOTW.

The two premium dog food stores nearest me highly recommend it and I've heard a good number of people rave about the results they see in their animals. The owner of one of the stores recommends it over higher priced foods and feeds his own hairless terrier TOTW. TOTW is developing a great track record.

Since each dog is individual, I wouldn't change without any reason. What works for some might not work for another. If your pup is doing well on TOTW, I'd stick with that. If there's a problem that inspires you to change, changes should be made very slowly.
